More Auto Sales Completed Over The Internet
May 22, 2007The power of the Internet should never be underestimated. And it can be seen through a report that was done by Borrell Associates. The report did say that more and more auto sales are going to be completed online. The group is even predicting that the auto industry is going to experience $31 billion worth in sales for the year 2007.
The report also does continue to inform the public that come 2010, the total amount could reach up to four billion dollars. Interestingly, compared to other media, internet marketing takes the second place and follows broadcast television. In fact, the group also does say that all other forms of media would be experiencing a decrease of 20% by 2010 when it comes to auto products advertising.
This sure is very interesting. Let’s all look into this and see if such predictions could be true. But looking at the wide coverage of the Internet, I would not be surprised if one day it would even surpass broadcast TV.
